Step 1: Initial consultation
In a free initial consultation, we work with clients to understand their unique project requirements. If we both decide we are a good fit, we will provide you with a proposal that outlines our recommended scope of work as well as budgets. We work with fixed project fees (with a clear indications of any extras) so you know where you stand with us.
Step 2: Discovery meeting
We will start with an in-depth discovery meeting to learn and understand more about the business. No one knows your brand better than you do, which is why our branding process is built on collaboration with our clients. We start with a workshop, learning more about what you do, why you do it and who you want to reach. From there, we carry out research to gain an even deeper understanding of your brand, before we start bringing it to life.
Step 3: Design options
Here we will present two to three creative options based on the findings from our discovery meeting. We don’t believe in presenting pages and pages of logos in the hope that you will find one that you like. We dig deep in the discovery meeting to ensure that we understand the visual identity that will work for you so the groundwork is already laid. There will be plenty of opportunity for feedback too, in fact we actively encourage it. Once a route is decided upon, we will bring your marketing collateral to life through a range of agreed deliverables.
Step 4: Specialist partners
We work with a network of specialists including photographers, copywriters, SEO and Social experts and other partners to ensure that your marketing plan is implemented. Each of these is an expert in their field and we have worked with them on a number of projects so can personally vouch for their expertise. Don’t worry. We don’t just check out at this stage. We will remain as your key point of contact, always here when you need to call on us with any questions.
