A new brand with a heritage twist
Capworth Homes is a brand new property developer who approached us looking for a visual identity and a brochure to promote their new high-end housing development.
For this project, the brief was to create a logo that gave the brand some history and story, with a modern twist.
The logo we created uses heraldic elements that give the brand stature and a quality feel that reflect the properties they design and build. The brand was rolled out to their property brochure and has been a key selling point in getting the high-end estate agent, Savills, on board as the exclusive agent for the development.
